We prepare the floor plan and 3D visualisation and define all technical details. Before production starts we go through the project together and confirm the final design.
Once the project is approved, we build the structure and fit the insulation, installations, windows, doors and the chosen equipment. We monitor the entire production process.
We organise the transport, and the building is placed and installed on the prepared base.

The structure is manufactured in China to pre-defined specifications. It then undergoes further finishing in Germany, where our additional insulation is also fitted. The finished building is then transported to Croatia and installed at the customer's site.
That depends on the building you choose, its intended use and the location where you want to place it. Before implementation, the zoning plan and building conditions for the specific plot need to be checked. We will gladly guide you through the first steps and the required documentation.
The building needs a level, firm and stable base. Depending on the building and the conditions on site, this can be a concrete slab, concrete blocks or a well-compacted gravel base.
Yes. We pay particular attention to thermal insulation – the walls and floor are additionally insulated, and the ceiling area is insulated too. This ensures comfortable living conditions all year round.
All necessary installations are carried out during production. Once the building is placed on the prepared site, it is connected to the previously prepared power, water and sewage connections.
Yes. One of the advantages of modular construction is that the building can be relocated. Depending on the model and design, the house can be transported and set up again on another prepared site.
Our models have fixed prices with standard fittings, so you know in advance what you get. Only selected upgrades and individual changes are charged extra – for example higher-quality floors, larger or additional openings, a larger terrace and extra equipment.
